Virtual/In Studio class schedule:

All the Mat classes are virtual classes. 

The Reformer classes are held in the studio. 

If you have never been on a Pilates apparatus you must do a few private sessions 

before joining a class.

Monday

9:00 - 9:55am  Pilates Sculpt with Resistance Tools class  Renée (Virtual)

You will need your Mat, a Pilates Circle, resistance bands, small weights for this Mat workout. This class includes fun variations with these Pilates tools to give you an extra challenge on exercises that you already know.

5:30 - 6:25pm  Pilates Mat/Cross fit (legs and buns)  Renée (Virtual)

Pilates Mat routine with a bit of Cross Fit to challenge your body in a different way. We are really going to target the legs, thighs, and buns in this class. 

 

5:30 - 6:25pm Level 1/2 Pilates Class  Kelly (In Studio)

This Level 1/2 class is designed for clients that are ready to expand on the foundations developed from taking private sessions. This class is done on Tower/chair or Reformer/chair depending on how many clients sign up for the class. This class will move at a faster pace assuming you know the basic cueing and technique.

6:30 - 7:25pm Level 1/2 Pilates Class  Kelly (In Studio)

This Level 1/2 class is designed for clients that are ready to expand on the foundations developed from taking private sessions. This class is done on Tower/chair or Reformer/chair depending on how many clients sign up for the class. This class will move at a faster pace assuming you know the basic cueing and technique.

9:00 - 9:55am Level 1/2 Reformer class Tifa (In Studio)

This Level 1/2 class is designed for clients that are ready to expand on the foundations developed from taking private sessions. This class is done on Tower/chair or Reformer/chair depending on how many clients sign up for the class. This class will move at a faster pace assuming you know the basic cueing and technique. 

 

10:00 - 10:55am   Level 1/2 Reformer class   Tifa (In Studio)

This Level 1/2 class is designed for clients that are ready to expand on the foundations developed from taking private sessions. This class is done on Tower/chair or Reformer/chair depending on how many clients sign up for the class. This class will move at a faster pace assuming you know the basic cueing and technique.

This Level 1/2 class is designed for clients that are ready to expand on the foundations developed from taking private sessions. This class is done on Tower/chair or Reformer/chair depending on h​ow many clients sign up for the class. This class will move at a faster pace assuming you know the basic cueing and technique.

Saturday

9:00 - 9:55am  Machines & the Mat Pilates Level 2  Renée (Virtual)

Machines and the Mat Class incorporates both techniques and movements based on Reformer, Tower, Chair and the mat. Class is Level 2. Cautions for those with back issues. Use of an exercise tube, band or light weights is encouraged for full intensity. Exercises change weekly.

 

10:00 - 10:55am  Deep Stretch Full Body Renée  (Virtual)

Stretching may not be the most exciting part of working out, but doing flexibility work is just as important for a well-rounded fitness routine as strength and cardio work. Incorporating some stretching exercises into your workout schedule will help you improve flexibility, reduce tightness, and ultimately, make your workouts more efficient and safe.

 

Sunday
