The Reformer classes are held in the studio

If you have never been on a Pilates apparatus, you must do a few private sessions before joining a class.

For the virtual classes here's how it works:

 

1) Click the button above and sign up for a class

 

2) We will send you an email at least 30 minutes before the class

 

3) Open the email and click join meeting, that's it!
