Tower Pilates classes


If you have never been on a Pilates apparatus, you must do a few private sessions first before joining a class. This Level 1/2 class is designed for clients that are ready to expand on the foundations developed from taking private sessions. This class is done on Tower/chair or Reformer/chair depending on how many clients we have in the class. This class will move at a faster pace assuming you know the basic cueing and technique.
